Upon accessing the Website and browsing the content thereof, the user accepts these terms and conditions without qualification or restriction and acknowledges that on accepting these terms and conditions, any other agreement with the Company will be rendered null and void and without effect.

The Company reserves the right, at any time and without the need for prior notice, to make changes and updates to the information contained on the Website, including the configuration and presentation of the Website and the terms and conditions governing use of and access to the Website. The only personal data to which Intimat will have access is the information the user itself furnishes voluntarily through the forms enabled for such purpose, or when it contacts Intimat using the e-mail address or any other channel envisaged on the Website.
